The flashing lights nearly blinded him as he made his way around the mixing board. He was usually used to those lights, but he guessed tonight wans't one of those nights. He shook it off and rubbed at his left eye to help it adjust. He moved behind the mixing board and got to work stabilizing the volume, bass, and treble controls. The night was just getting started and at the moment a fast paced song blared through the speakers on either side of him. He shook his bangs from his eyes and slipped his headphones up, placing the left side by his ear. A smirk played on the male's face as his pale blue eyes scanned the club. He grinned, watching the couples and groups of friends dance. He felt the need to go out and dance as well, but he had a job to do.
Brushing his bangs from his eyes again, he slid the volume bar up a little more. He grinned and winked at the two girls that passed him. He smirked when they giggled and talked amongst themselves. He looked back down at the mixing board as they walked away. He backed away from the board and spun around to grab his water bottle off the nearby table. It had a piece of silver duct tape across the side that had "Jacobi's. Don't touch!" written in sharpie with "touch" underlined. It was written in his own blocky handwriting. He smirked and unscrewed the cap, taking a quick swig. He dropped the headphones to his shoulders, so the pads curled around his neck. He moved and rested his back against the table where his water bottle was kept.
He tilted his head back and took another swig. His shift was just starting and he could tell it was going to be a long night. He kept his gaze focused on the dance floor, his eyes now adjusted to the flashing lights. He hummed along to the song that blared through the speakers, trying to pass the time. He let otu a heavy sigh, desperate to go out and party like he wanted so badly to do. Sure he loved being a DJ, but at the moment he just wanted to have some fun. After that he would focus on his job. He looked around the club, looking for someone that would give him an excuse to leave his post. He needed someone, anyone if only for a moment.

Getting in was easy, not only the fact that she was a girl but she had like last time gotten herself a bit dressed up walking in it was a bit different. Louder, which she did not mind she was here for pleasure and for her job sort of, they museum wanted something new and hip they said. So they sent one of the young new kids to go to this club and well take pictures of the various things that happened beyond the doors. Camera around her neck she stood there in a light blue dress, high heels and her hair was up as she glanced around the establishment. Decided to take pictures of the DJ first she made her way threw the dance floor...feeling a few wondering hands as she did...luckily she kept her deminor.
Standing next to the stage she kept the camera more to her face, not really giving the DJ a good look at the face that was behind the camera. Leaning a bit down she took a few more pictures, no flash to make sure she did not blind him or anything about all that would end badly. Perfect, she thought to herself, it seemed like he would be use to this because he maintained a certain composure as she did this. Humming along with the song her voice could lightly be heard behind the camera and when she decided she was done she gently let go of the camera. Untucking her ponytail from the strap she played with her hair a bit as she stood off to the side looking threw her pictures.
Dark brown eyes glanced around the room as she lifted it again, and started taking pictures of the people dancing, in different angels to have some diversity to it. A light smile was on her face as she watched the DJ, he had incredible passion and for that...she had some great pictures. Girls were giggly about him which she thought was pretty funny, she remembered how girls could be like that and it was sad and funny all at the same time. Then she zoomed out a bit more, getting him and the rest of the club and she made sure to get some shots of him from the side. Nodding she decided she was happy with what she had and for now would just stand off on the side and wait for something to happen, a few curious glances shot in her direction. [/size]
