Izzy did her best to keep her diet as much to her guidlines as possible but it wasn't all that easy to avoid everything but salad all of the time. It was one of the things that sucked about being a model, there was so much preassure to eat right and stay beautiful. Her dance workouts and her dailly runs should have been enough but her agent still insisted that she eat like she was anorexic and vegan.
Good thing Izzy wasn't all that into following rules, that was why she was at Smilies Ice Cream parlor getting her weakly dose of her favorite thing. She always got the same thing without fail and the people that worked there knew her order before she opened her lips to tell them. "Peaches and cream please" she buzzed to the guy behind the counter though she knew she didn't have to. He didn't ask if she wanted a waffle cone or not, she always did, and he didn't ask if she wanted any toppings, hundereds and thousands and a stick of chocolate. He didn't even tell her the price because he knew she knew and he knew she was going to use her credit cards. She didn't carry money, ever. It was a really bad habbit.
"Sorry miss, it's not going through..." he said after the third failed attempt. Izzy already had her ice cream in her hand and had already licked a bunch of hundered and thousands off by this point.
"Declined not going through? Or just not working?" both happened on a regular basis but it should have been the latter since the card was new. The guy just shrugged, he was old so she would have expected much more, she knew old people and technology wasn't something to mess with. "Ah crud." she mumbled under her breath looking back from the guy to her ice cream and back again as if searching for some kind of soultion.
She didn't come up with anything.

Christian had been in the office all day and he sat down in the ice cream parlor, losing the tie around his neck as he let out a breath and closed his eyes. He had a light blue dress shirt on, sleeves rolled up and a lose black tie hanging from it along with black pants and shoes. Taking everything in for the moment he just sat back and closed his eyes finally deciding that he might want to get up and get something from the front. Getting up he made his way over and stood behind the girl who was there first, zoning in and out for a bit that was until they started talking about her card declining and he sort of came back down to Earth. Watching the girl seemed a bit conflicted and he reached into his pocket and pulled out money, it was a lot yet he did not care flipping threw it right in front of them he pulled out quite a bit and handed it to the man.
His charming smile played and he finally spoke "this should be enough for the young lady and myself" no questions the man took the money and soon Christian also had a ice cream cone in his hand. Mint chocolate chip was his favorite, giving the girl a small smile and nod he just sort of walked off. He hardly treated her like most guys did, even the ones in the ice cream parlor were staring at her yet he just seemed to shrug it off, he never liked to base things off looks. Plus he was a shy person, yes he was charming but he hardly acknowledged the fact that he was what he was. It seemed stupid to brag about how you looked, or how you acted he knew though that might of just been the person he was not to brag all that much.
Sitting down he licked the ice cream lightly as he flipped open a script for Julius Caesar, reading over the lines and mumbling them a bit to himself. He did not mean to be a jerk by not saying anything but making himself a idiot was not something he planned to do. Though he failed to noticed the teenage girl who was staring at him a picture clutched in her hands as she scurried over to his table he looked up when he heard her. "Can you sign this" she squeaked nervously as she plopped a picture that photographers had taken of him and he gave a smile up to the girl taking the pen from her hand. Signing it lightly he looked at her and gave the pen back "there you go have a good day" he said lightly as the girl walked off and looked like she was about to faint.

Izzy was about to give in and just leave without her ice cream when the guy behind her jumped in and paid for her. She couldn't help but take note of the money he pulled out and flicked over, not that she wasn't used to seeing lot of money, she was part of a pretty rich family and though her card had bounced, she wasn't all that poor on her own. Still, it wasn't that often you saw someone pull out a wad of cash like that all that often, not for ice cream anyway.
Izzy was about to start talking when he just walked away. She rose her brow and looked back at the old guy behind the counter with her confused look, though he had already gone back to what he had been doing before customers came in. She looked down at her ice cream then back up as he walked to sit back down. She couldn't just take an ice cream from someone without at least saying thank you. And she couldn't take not talking to such a cute guy, not cute as in looks - though that wasn't really a let down- but simply because he had ran to her rescue when she needed it.
She was about to walk over when she saw the teen standing over him waiting for an autograph and smile to herself, waiting until she left, looking a little dazed. Once he was alone she went ahead and dropped herself into the seat opposite him, she didn't bother to wait for him to invite her, not because she was rude, just because she was bold. "So, you never gave me a chance to thank you for saving me from the flaws of my usually perfect plastic hero." she said with a bright smile. "I'm Izzy. And your... Christian, right?" she said, she didn't live under a rock, she knew of him though she hadn't figured out where she knew his face from until she saw the teen and put the two together.

He just figured walking away was better after all then he would not have to deal with being so nervous around people as he heard someone else's voice. Stopping in the middle of the lick he looked up at her, from his script that was he felt a bit ridiculous and finished the lick and tried to keep composed. At first without even knowing it he thought it might be another fan or something after all they were popping out of the ground lately which he found funny. It was the girl from earlier, it appeared as though she would not simply just let him pay for her ice cream and remain a man of mystery though if he wanted to he should not have stayed. Conversation could not have been bad though and she seemed as though she was a nice girl, even if she had a bit of a problem up at the counter earlier but honestly who did not have days like that?
Giving a light smile he took off the pair of glasses that had been on his face sense he had started reading and nodded "yea I figured I'd be the hero and leave the damsel in distress wondering". Of course he was joking but in all truth he was just not looking to be thanked, being nice to your fellow human should not have been some sort of chore for people. You should of wanted to do it because what makes up this world were people who are just to scared to care for each other so they hide it behind shrouds of hate and deceit. She knew his name but he was not exactly sure if that was a good thing of a bad thing either way he looked at it she already knew who he was which could be a good thing. "It's a pleasure Izzy, and that would be me though I am quite new to New York City at this moment" he said smiling "well...new again you could say" he said rubbing the back of his neck smiling nervously. Izzy had never been all that good when she was left wondering. She usually dwelled on things more than she should when she left and you all know how annoying that is, like when you can't remember the name of that movie you love, or the word that would sound so much better in your sentance. She also liked talking to people and she didn't like to just shurg people off when they did something nice for her. As nice as it would have been to believe, not too many people in New York were all that nice, and not many would have jumped to her rescue like he had. "Damsel in distress. You make me sound like some fairytail character that can't look after herself. " she laughed with a shake of her head. She did look the part, damsel in distress. She was tall but she was tiny, she looked breakable and vunerable. But she could look after herself. She wasn't saying she was any black belt tough girl but her father had made her go into kick boxing when she moved to New York and she was pretty tough from soccer.
He seemed pretty awkward when he was talking, like a little shy boy who got uncomfortable talking to strangers. She was anything but, she could talk to anyone, it was one of her tallents though some people did take it as cockyness, like she loved the sound of her own voice. That wasn't really it, she just liked meeting new people and she couldn't stand silences. "Oh yeah? I moved here like, a year ago from 'kiwiville'" she shrugged. She didn't quite get how he was an actor and shy, the two just didn't seem to mach up. "When did you re-move here? And from where?" she asked taking a few licks of her ice cream. "Mhh! This stuff is so good." she smirked. It never failed to impress, even if she did get it weekly.

Smiling Christian shook his head "that's not what I meant at all I mean I'm sure you can take care of yourself" he said with a small pause in between. He really was a shy guy it was obvious from his actions and the way he spoke, sometimes people were sort of his rough patch. Christian knew never to doubt the power of someone people had shown him so many different sides to them, and the strongest ones. Getting to know people was what he liked about New York he had to admit, people were just so open about every little thing, it was incredible. Even in California people were never exactly that open to each other, they just sort of lived there day to day lives as they ever wished to.
Christian took a lick of his ice cream and nodded "sounds like it was not that big of deal leaving for you?" after all she just sort of shrugged it off. People hid things though, especially when it hurt to go from place to place that was his one childhood memory he hated all the places he moved to. He loved the world mind you but he never really got to settle in that much, which might of been why he was a bit awkward around people. When he was a actor it was different, maybe that was why when he acted it made it better because a part of him you never expected seemed to come out. "Well I re-moved here about...two weeks ago, haven't seen much of the city in honesty" he said smirking lightly for only a moment before she asked him where and he took another lick of his ice cream.
"I moved from the sunny state of California" Christian said as he made sure none of his ice cream dripped "my dad runs record labels". "Well I'm sort of helping now, with the one in town here" he said a bit grim about it, after all he would rather be acting. He did that as more of a side thing, disappointing people he cared about was something that Christian was good at letting eat at him. Making people happy was part of what he wished for, he wanted everyone in this world to be at least slightly happy with there lives. Smiling as she said it he looked around "I think the last time I was here was with my father when I was about five". [/size]

Izzy wasn't going to lie, he was cute in his awkward, quiet sort of way. She usually got along with everyone but for some odd reason, she always seemed to be most drawn in by the cocky arrogant guys rather than people like Christian. She giggled a little when he corrected himself. "You'd better believe it, I'm one touch cookie, me." she was going to tense her arm muscle but it was kind of embarrassing since she didn't really have much there. "Okay, not really but I have been taking kick boxing for the last year and I'm a once upon a time soccer player but" she shrugged her shoulders and licked some more of her ice cream.
Izzy shook her head "I couldn't wait to leave, actually. I mean, I loved my home town and everything but I had to get away. I had no chance of hitting it big time in my little town and I'd always dreamed of moving to New York away from my..." she was about to go off into a rant about how she hated the mother and the rest of her family on that side but stopped herself. He was just some random stranger who she's just ment, she doubted he wanted to hear her life story. "old boring life." she edited it in as well as she could with a smile. She didn't have a problem with talking about her issues. She would talk about anything if she had to but she didn't think it was the right thing to be talking about to a cute guy you had just met.
Izzy perked her brows a little in interest "So your a guy of many tallents then?" she laughed picking up his not so happy tone when he mentioned helping his dad out. "Why you doin' it if you don't wanna be?" she asked and licked at her ice cream again. She was kind of spoiled, in a way, she never really had to do much she didn't want to. With the exception of living with her mom until she was old enough to move away, otherwise she just followed what she wanted to. Then again, she wasn't one of those people afraid to say no, as much as she liked keeping people happy, you had to be a little bit selfish sometimes. Like when he dad asked if she wanted an interm job at his firm and she declined his offer. She wouldn't mind helping out every now and again but she had her own dreams that she wanted to follow. "I'm kinda a regular. Ice creams my weak spot." she laughed.
