Zackary had had enough of people. She had already argued with two people today, and didn't want to argue with a third, although it was most probably inevitable. She flicked her long blonde hair angrily as she turned a corner into the street where the art museum stood. She glared up at it for a minute, then shrugged and marched off towards the entrance, pushing past the turnstile and slamming down the entrance fee's on the counter, snatching her ticket back from the scared looking secretary. Zackary moped around a long hallway, between pictures of what looked like blotches of paint merely flicked across the canves. She rolled hereyes and made to march on, however, she found a solid object collide with her. Zackary fell to the floor, blinking in confusion and then in anger at the girl who had tripped her up. ''Watch where you are going!'' Zackary snapped at the girl, pulling herself up with help from the handlebar on the wall.

Ah yes another day at the wonderful and bustling museum how Selena loved it so...well some of it. There were aspects that she could deal without course in life she supposed there would always be something like that. Selena today had been lazy wearing a t-shirt, jeans and a pair of converses was as complicated as her outfit got. Dark brown hair up as she made her wait threw the museum, not really paying much attention to where she was going this would end in disaster. Not that long after, she heard a loud noise and all that went threw her head was stupid, stupid stupid.
The girl had snapped at her and it took a minute for Selena to pick up on what had been said sighing she looked over at who she had bumped into. A girl who looked rather pissed off and Selena shook her head a bit and gave out a breath. "I'm really sorry I didn't mean to...sort of out of it" it was a simple explanation to what she had just done. It was really not all that complicated, she had been stupid and now regretted it after all this girl sounded rather mad and that she could snap her in half at this minute. All that she could think was, great job of making a impression on someone eh?

Zackary looked up at the girl mailciously, seeing her expression. Unceremoniously, a feeling of guilt curdled in her stomach, and Zackary grinned sheepishly at her. The girl was genuinely looking frightened of Zackary, and she didn't want to make that sort of impression on someone; that she was a miserable cow. Zackary jumped out and straightened out her short skirt, the black tights making a punk-ish look about her. She flicked her ruffled blonde hair out of her face and smiled at the girl. ''Don't worry about it'' Zackary shrugged. ''Sorry about shouting at you... i'm kinda having a bad day'' Zackary rocked slightly on the spot, the action she did when she got nervous. She looked down at the floor, the feeling of guilt even stronger now. She had shouted at a poor, unexpecting girl for no reason. Zackary wanted to redeem herself, and frowned at what brought on this feeling of sudden friendship with the girl. Zackary looked back up and grinned again. ''My name is Zackary, waitress and singer extroardinare!'' Zackary laughed, holding out her hand. ''Sorry again about the whole shouting thing, it wasn't your fault, it was mine..''

Selena felt bad about the whole thing, it seemed as though everyone in New York she had to meet by bumping into them, it was rather pitiful of a site. "I should, it seems I can't meet anyone in this town without running into them" she said hugging her portfolio to her chest as she looked at the girl. Her eyes were a dark brown and she tilted her head slightly as she watched her. The french girl had not expected a apology but she got one, maybe looking like some sad scared mouse had helped her. "It's fine we all have are off days" Selena said running a hand threw her bangs lightly, her voice was soft and light.
A sweet smile played on Selena's face as the girl introduced herself, it was nice to know that there were a few...rasher people in New York her first day she was not sure where they were hiding. "It's a pleasure Zackary" Selena said putting her hand out and shaking the girls hand. "My names Selena...artist in progress I suppose" she said smirking a bit as she ran a finger on the bind of the portfolio. "It's perfectly fine, at least you were not like other people in this city" she said tapping her chin "first day I got here I got yelled at". Looking around the museum she cringed a bit "why are you in this part anyways...no offense but I hardly think this is art" this stuff had no emotion to it at all.

Zackary grinned when the girl told her her name. She seemed really friendly, and wasn't deterred by Zackary's angry outburst earlier. She thought that this was what made friend material, being friends no matter what. Elated at the thought of having a possible new friend, Zackary smiled wide. But cringed a little when she heard that someone had yelled at her when she first got here, even more sad when she seemed upset by the thought.
''Oh, who and why was that'' She grinned shortly, before putting up an exxagerated kung fu stance, almost falling over when she attempted to do a kung fu kick. She blushed quickly. ''I'll give them what for!''
Zackary grinned at the fact of her beating someone up. She was worthless at conflict. She would have been as helpful as water to a hungry person in a fight. And she was well aware of that, her grin growing wider when Selena commented on the artwork.
''Well, I was fuming, so I wasn't really taking much notice'' Zackary shrugged worthlessly, observing the paintings on either side. ''I think even I could do this, it just looks like a load of flicks on canvas''
Zackary turned back to Selena, smiling.
''What sort of stuff do you paint?''

Selena was not to upset about it, she had noticed in this town people were bit...less stable then most would expect from a place like this. Shrugging her shoulders she played with her hair, twirling it with her finger "not sure who it was" her lips were pursed after she said it. "Probably some angry new yorker with some huge purpose to get somewhere" she said rolling her eyes slightly as she said it. Like it mattered to her, they were just some idiot who happened to have been wanting to get somewhere fast and used there own selfish reasoning to get there. Laughing she gave a smile as the girl said she would give them what for "I appreciate the offer but I am sure they will get what for eventually".
Never had she been in any sort of physical fight, not even when she was little she never had to or at least her parents never had to worry about her beating up kids. "It generally is, abstract art is like that most days now" it was a shame really that this was all that people could come up with. "Me?" she smirked a bit as she handed the folder over to the girl, "that's just some of it that I've done over the past couple years". There were happier ones, sadder ones, there were ones with people and some without all of them had a variety. Clearly some were portraits "it's really whatever inspires me, from music to just people with a love towards life, I'll paint or draw it all".
